You will need an up to date phone because we use a specific app where you take photos in the app. You will need to have detailed eyes to identify any safety hazards or major damages to the home. The app has a form on it for you to take the correct photos per home.
Inspections reoccur 2-3 times a month, depending on the weeks of the month but they are done every 2 weeks.
Will need a smart phone to take before, during, and after photos of work. Will also need your own transportation. This is a 1099 position. If interested, please APPLY AT www.ranollc.com
