Real Estate Auction Day Monitor needed
Bexar Co. Courthouse
100 Dolorosa, San Antonio, TX 78205
(west side of courthouse near intersection of East Nueva and closed section of South Main)
Employment type: Part-time (one day a month)
Compensation: $185 per day
We are looking for one person to attend and record sales from the Bexar Co. auction that occurs the first Tuesday of every month at Bexar Co. Courthouse 100 Dolorosa, San Antonio, TX 78205 (west side of courthouse near intersection of East Nueva and closed section of South Main).
Again, the position requires you record auction sales using our mobile app (we will send you the link so you can add the app to your smart phone). We will pay you $175.00 + $10 for parking each auction. We will pay you the same day by 6pm CST through the via Zelle. You need be sure you have a Zelle account set up so we can pay you.
Requirements:
1. You must have an iPhone or Android smartphone less than 3 years old.
2. You must arrive at the courthouse and take a photo and text us, by 9:45am.
3. You must know how to download a mobile app from the App store (Apple) or Google Play store for Android.
4. You must have Zelle set up so we can pay you after each auction.
