Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires physical strength and stamina, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on construction projects.
Duties
Build and install structures, frameworks, and fixtures made from wood, metal, and other materials.
Perform heavy lifting and assist in the transportation of materials to job sites.
Install flooring, including hardwood, laminate, and tile.
Hang doors and install cabinetry with precision.
Lay tiles with attention to detail for aesthetic appeal.
Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project completion on time and within specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Must have basic roofing skills (shingles, metal etc)
Must have basic painting skills
Must have reliable transportation to get to Harper Tx
Must be able to pass a drug test
This position is Monday-Friday and at least 1 weekend per month
Experience
Experience in carpentry or related labor positions is preferred.
Familiarity with various carpentry tools and equipment.
Experience in flooring installation, door hanging, cabinet installation and tile laying is desirable.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
