We are a locally owned home cleaning company that specializes in one-time cleaning jobs (Move In/Out, Vacation Rentals, Make-Ready, etc.). We are seeking subcontractors to perform move in / out jobs. We find and book the jobs and you perform the cleaning services and get paid.
Successful candidates must have the following:
Deep experience with move in/out cleans
A positive attitude and a willingness to take on move in/out cleans (we know these jobs are not everyone’s favorite)
Be professional, dependable, reliable, and have high attention to detail
Have reliable transportation
Provide your own cleaning supplies
Ok with being a 1099 contractor
