Growing Small home builder/remodeler is looking for a full time skilled carpenter/crew leader for all aspects of carpentry, Main focus would be framing in additions, decks, porches, Siding, cabinets, building custom closets, flooring, and trimwork, installing fixtures and appliances. Minimal drywall, painting, roofing, plumbing and light fixtures, tile, etc. Must have own truck and tools, take pride in craftmanship, be dependable, communicate with supervisor and work well with others.
compensation based on experience and dependability. Everyone claims they are great at what they do. I will consider anyone with the above skillset, but I will only pay $15 an hour the first day or two to see if your work is really as good as you say it is. After that pay will be negociated, the max $20 per hour to start.
I'm looking for someone dependable both on the job and communication, who can get the job done.
