Must have common sense
Know how to operate equipment (skid-steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.) for the purpose of loading and unloading equipment from trailers.
Move large equipment from one project to another on a trailer, no CDL required
Keep the shop and yard clean and put material away
Basic auto maintenance (oil and air filter changing, checking tires, topping off fluids)
Forklift operation
Deliver material to the jobsites
Go to jobsites and clean out trailers and bring material and equipment back to the shop
Help the service department from time to time
Eager to learn more and be part of a team
