Job Description
Here at ASF we have been providing spirit items to schools nationwide for over 15 years.
We are in search of experienced Telemarketing professionals for outbound business to business (B2B) phone calls.
In a call center atmosphere you will contact businesses and offer advertising opportunities on a variety of items including t-shirts, posters, magnets and cups. These items will be used by High School and Middle School groups at sporting events, organization competitions, fundraisers, etc.
We will provide paid training to ensure your success and money making opportunities.

Work Schedule:
8:15am – 4:45pm Monday – Friday
Meet the weekly goal to get Friday off paid each week.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $35,000 to $65,000
Compensation is based on sales performance. This is not commission only. There is a minimum hourly rate but the more you sell the more you make.
Qualifications
· Telemarketing: 2-5 Years (Required)
· Experience in B2B telemarketing or inside sales
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required
· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferable over the phone

· Patient and able to handle customer rejection
