Successful cabinet & countertop shop is hiring Apprentices to help with the fabrication and installation of custom cabinets, solid surface countertops, reception desks, architectural millwork, wood trim, doors and paneling. Requirements:
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must have a good work history, no job hoppers
Must live locally with a local address
Must be willing to learn
Must safely operate power tools associated with trade
Must be able to speak, read, and write English efficiently
Must work well with others
Must be willing and able to follow directions from supervisor
Driver’s license not required, but higher pay if you have one with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for at least 4 hours at a time
Must be able to provide references upon request
Must be able to pass a background check
Ability to read architectural drawings is not required but higher pay if able
Schedule:
8-hour shifts, start 7 AM, finish 3:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch, depending on job site
Must be available for some overtime including Saturday and out of town work
