LK Jordan immediate openings for Assemblers located near the AT&T center. This organization is looking for detailed-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast paced, team environment. This is a long-term, temp to hire opportunity. Schedule is Monday - Friday from 6am to 10:30pm (Must be Available) Some overtime could be included. Pay starts at $15.00-$16.50 hourly.
Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly as specified using required tools.
- Able to read and follow procedures, work instructions and assembly drawings.
- Able to use various manual and electro-pneumatic tools and test equipment.
- Adhere to all required quality standards and perform required quality and testing checks.
- Report any defective materials or equipment to supervisors
- Pack goods and deliver to warehouse.
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas and equipment.
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Experience:
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
