All Seasons Feeders is looking to hire for a Industrial Painter position at our shop here on the East side of San Antonio. The ideal candidate would have roughly 3 years experience with industrial paint and must show experience at the time of interview.
The photos are of the actual booth you will be in (photos were taken when brand new booth was put in about 2 years ago) as well as photos of actual items you will be painting.
Our paint system is top notch and both top coat and primer are piped through the walls so you grab the gun and go. This helps to reduce the amount of time wasted being production speed is key to the success of this position. Must have an attention to detail but also be able to move some product through the booth. This is not automotive painting or house painting. If you call with those two as your only experience you are not qualified for this position, but you can still be taught. This is fast paced, industrial type work where time and quality are important. You are required to be on time, stay off your phone, work fast and effectively, operate forklift, metal prep your items before paint, tape off areas where needed, operate a caulk gun.
PAY $17 per hr. assuming the above requirements are met. Advancements in pay are given based off two main key factors 1) quality of work and 2) speed of work.
Work schedule is five 8 hr days Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
