SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing assembly line equipment. Uses Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure that equipment is operational and available to support company needs. Works within the Toyota Continuous Improvement process.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Believes that preventive maintenance and safety are the foundation for an effective maintenance program
Strong electrical troubleshooting background
Demonstrates successful troubleshooting of Alan Bradley and Mitsubishi PLC systems
Hands on experience with maintenance and repairs of servo drives
Ability to write and explain PLC ladder logic
Read and understand electrical schematics
Understand maintenance and repair of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
Solid hand tool skills including basic repairs using steel cutting and welding tools
Other duties and projects may be assigned
Maintain a sense of urgency and “can do” attitude
QUALIFICATIONS:
Manufacturing Maintenance related background.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
