We are seeking a Material Handler who is hardworking, with an eager attitude and desire to learn and grow with a new company.
The following duties are expected to be performed:
Unpacking pallets of mixed material and sorting accurately into bins or pallets by part number.
Counting parts of many sizes accurately by pack sizes of varying quantities.
Using an RF Gun to scan units into location and/or pull parts from location.
Operate an order picking machine safely, including the use of a harness and tether, to move parts in various quantities and sizes to/from locations up to 30ft high.
Securely pack parts into mixed boxes or pallets to be sent to customers via parcel or freight.
Safe use of tools such as box cutters and tape guns.
Additional cross-training may include but is not limited to:
Reach-truck training to be able to safely move pallets to and from rack locations and floor locations alike.
Basic SAP Warehouse Management processes to effectively diagnose problems and ensure a high-quality productive process.
Experience in any of the above two areas is preferred but not required.
