Elite Apartment Services is a small company based in San Antonio that serves multiple Texas cities. We provide repairs, emergency maintenance, make-readies (for when people move in and out), and related services.
We are seeking a personable AR manager to conduct collections and other office tasks. Because we are an account-based business and seek to preserve relationships with our clients, this role goes beyond simple phone calls demanding payment. You have to learn the business and work with each client in a way that makes sense for both sides.
Duties include:
-Reviewing QuickBooks reports and maintaining AR records
-Issuing invoices and calling clients to discuss past due payments
-Answering office phones to schedule services as needed
This position would be during regular business hours in our offices on Lookout Road, near 1604 and Judson.
Unfortunately, we do not offer benefits. The hourly wage is $14.
Requirements:
-It is critical to be self-organized and be able to make sound decisions independently
-Excellent communication skills
-QuickBooks experience is a plus
