What you’ll be doing:
Must be bilingual
Manage our service schedule & daily workflow.
· Create estimates, final invoices, receive payment for services performed.
· Coordinating with technical staff, vendors, service providers.
· Maintain office equipment supplies.
· Maintain our filing system manage paperwork.
· Maintain a clean organized work environment.
· Maintain a high level of professionalism.
Preferred qualifications:
Detail-oriented
Very organized
Good communication skills
Comfortable interacting with customers
Good computer skills
Previous automotive industry experience is a plus
