San Antonio Staffing is currently hiring a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist.
Performs data entry and personnel file maintenance and complies reports from the database.
Assist employees and leads with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
Administer the entire time collection process. Maintains data in time clock system. Monitors and distributes tardy and absenteeism reports. programs.
Coordinates with HR Coordinator and Safety Specialist to schedule new- employee HR orientations.
Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions.
Assist the HR team with Employee Engagement activities and HR projects.
Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory. Maintains, updates, and distributes the employee attendance call out log.
Assist with benefits administration.
Maintains OSHA records
Provide counsel to employee matters and organizational policies and procedures including how to properly handle performance/disciplinary matters
Assist the HR team with Employee Engagement activities, creates memo and HR projects
Physical Requirements:
75% of the time will be spent doing desk related work on a computer and working with basic office equipment/ will walk plant for necessary purposes
Provide input for continuous improvement opportunities to HR processes/tasks
Provide assistance with the implementation of new programs, initiatives and projects as assigned.
Role model adherence to company policies
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education: education and experience
Human resources: 3 years (Preferred)
Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent combination of
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
