Need experienced collector for small used car dealership. Looking for someone with prior collection experience, exceptional organizational and communication skills, ability to analyze accounts and plan courses of action to recover outstanding debt. Need to be able to calculate account balances and understand customer accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage customer accounts
Negotiate customer repayments
Handle customer account questions & concerns
Investigate discrepancies
Maintain customer records
Customer insurance maintenance
Handle and process insurance claims
Job Requirements:
40 hours/week
Prior collection experience a must
Speak both English and Spanish
Ability to multitask
Customer service skills
Frazer software experienced, preferred
Pay will be commensurate with experience.
