Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Position Details:

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Answer phone inquiries and address client or customer questions.

Promptly accept new accounts, ensuring all criteria are met.

Coordinate with flatbed drivers to ensure appointments are kept.

Manage customer service needs, including addressing complaints or concerns.

Handle personal property and transport appointments (if working the window).

Coordinate releases for personal property, redemptions, and transport.

Understand and adhere to release requirements for all clients.

Minimum Requirements:

Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Dependable and able to work a full 40-hour week.

Basic computer skills, including the ability to operate iPads and related software.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in the collateral recovery industry.

Familiarity with Clearplan and RDN systems is preferred.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
