This is a regular working hours, full-time position working in our north-central San Antonio office with the scheduling, customer service, and administrative functions of a busy, growing office. We design, install, and monitor residential and commercial alarm systems, along with fire alarm systems, access control systems, CCTV systems, home theater, and home automation systems.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Some knowledge of alarm systems and system programming is most helpful
- Excellent attitude, strong work ethic required
- Strong computer skills required
- Professional approach to meeting customer needs required
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required
- Ability to schedule technicians, and adapt schedules to changing customer needs required
- Ability to pass a criminal background check required
- Professional appearance required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening required
- Ability to answer multi-line phone system required
- Ability to work with customer database for data entry and printing of documents required
- Ability to interact with customers regarding their account and their systems required
