Position Overview:
As a Operations Administrative Assistant at Armour Excavating LLC, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects and daily administrative responsibilities. You will be responsible for the following tasks, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently:
- Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
- Managing and updating company calendars and contacts.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Managing invoicing and payroll.
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Excel with learning and working in a fast pace environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Proficient in Jobber, MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- 1-2 years of office management experience.
