Flex Studios, Flex Studios Culebra, and Home Suites- seeking a friendly and efficient Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional guest service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a shifts available. Part Time/Full Time as needed
HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
Check guests in and out of the hotel
Handle guest inquiries and requests
Process payments and resolve guest issues
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with reservations and room assignments
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
