An individual who thrives in a business development and outbound sales environment

Strong communicator with excellent problem resolution skills
Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful
Team Player
1+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment preferred
Someone who is looking for uncapped commission pay

Sales Experience
Bilingual Spanish
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and staffing expertise
RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve growth and hit sales targets, monthly & quarterly expectations.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Generate and develop new leads.
Providing Excellent Customer Service – give fantastic service to existing customers.
Make outbound sales call and be able to close the deal.
Take ownership and acts decisively to solve problems and deliver results.
Provide customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and business relationships.
Salary B.O.E. plus commissions
