Duties To Include -
- Managing the company phone and taking all necessary messages and relaying all correspondence
- Managing the company email
- Assisting owner and estimator with office tasks
- Running any necessary errands
- Accounts receivable/payable
- Managing material safety books
- Maintaining bid schedule
- Typing bid proposals
- Entering payroll time
- Weekly payroll
- Keeping employee attendance
- Accounting
- AIA monthly progress billings
- Textura experience helpful but not required
- Notary
- Familiar with conditional and unconditional lien waivers as well as filing project payment liens
- Familiar working with general building contractors such as Bartlett Cocke, Joeris, Spaw Glass, and other similar general contractors
Necessary Skills -
- Microsoft Windows/Word/Excel
- Proficient at typing
- Strong organizational skills
- Accounting/Sage AKA Peachtree accounting software
