Texas Real Estate investment company with small portfolio in San Antonio Is looking for several Property managers.
You do not have to have any experience at all, can even be straight out of high school or simply not sure what you are wanting to do with your life but would be nice to find someone disciplined, consistent, available individuals looking for a long-term situation where they can assist and learn in the managing, advertising, investing and maintenance of the real estate industry while still paying you an hourly rate.
Some duties required of a property manager if you are not experienced what's position may include making getting quotes from handyman, electricians, plumbers, carpenters and other subcontractors / contractors for work to be done on a property in preparations for a tenant, creating a relationship with tenants to make sure the property is being maintained and that rents are being paid, filing evictions for tenants who are not paying rent, advertising properties available for rent throughout all social media outlets, tenant screening, putting together a plan for a property of the best way to Advertise/Market//Promote the property whether it be through traditional long term leases, short-Term leases as found on like Airbnb Vrbo , and other similar platforms, programs offered by the San Antonio Housing Authority for low income housing and other such strategies such a simply managing the preparation of the property to be placed on the market for sale. Managing and understanding the zoning a properties whether it be commercial residential multi-family sure that we are in compliance with the San Antonio building and use regulations. This may sound like a lot but we plan on hiring quite a bit of individuals and will give each individual just a handful (6 to 10 properties depending on experience) to start you off and see if this is the right fit for you.
If you are interested and are willing to start ASAP. We would like to do the first 2 or 3 weeks working 3 days, out of the week, 3 hours a day for $20 an hour paid daily through the cash app to simply see if we are a good fit. If after the first 2 or 3 weeks we decide this is something that we both want to continue then we would like to see if we can increase the hours, depending on your schedule. In the first 2 or 3 weeks we can work with your work days and work hours depending on your current priorities and we have no problem with you working from home if you have the discipline to do so.
