Clerical position in a small (one attorney) Intellectual Property Law Firm. No experience with law firms required. Looking for basic data entry and computer skills. Working with Microsoft Office products (primarily Word and Outlook, possibly some Excel). Some familiarity with scanning documents to PDF format. Will train on use of U.S. Patent & Trademark Office online resources.
15 - 20 hours per week. Prefer MWF 10:00 am – 3:00 pm for first few months, possibly changing to MTWTF 10:00 am – 2:00 pm thereafter (these days/times are flexible and can be broken up with lunch breaks if preferred).
