This position pays $150 weekly for 10 hours of work you can choose which days you want to work and how you prefer to split it up, but it will always be Monday - Friday during the daytime. Preferred hours are 11am - 4pm but we can definitely work around your schedule if you are a student, etc. - flexible hours are one of the perks. No weekends. No evenings.
Office location is near Hildebrand and Broadway, please consider this when applying. This is a small professional office environment in a nice setting near HEB Central Market. This is not a remote work position.
Looking for a computer savvy person mainly to sort and scan and file paperwork. Attention to detail is a must. Educational background not as important as attitude and ability to get the job done. This work is not difficult but accuracy is extremely important. It would also be helpful if the candidate had some experience with Microsoft programs such as Excel. Experience with website development and/or photography is a big plus.
Duties include: sorting files into predefined categories, scanning some paperwork into digital folders and putting others into a paper filing system. There will also be some data entry tasks and some tech projects as well to help streamline the office. This is tedious work, but it's a relaxed and fun working environment and it's only a few hours a week. Energetic personality is a must!
