Job Title: Personal Assistant to Construction Company Owner (with Construction & Social Media Experience)

About Us:

Arrow Capital Resources is a dynamic and growing company specializing in precast, concrete, and erection. We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant with a solid background in construction and experience in building a brand through social media.

Position Overview:

As the Personal Assistant to the company owner, you will play a key role in managing daily appointments, streamlining tasks, and helping to grow the company's online presence. This role requires someone who is not only organized and detail-oriented but also understands the construction industry. You will assist with administrative tasks and social media brand-building efforts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a construction or related field.

Bi-lingual experience in Spanish and English

Experience managing social media accounts and creating brand-focused content.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and social media platforms.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Preferred:

Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and tools (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

Ability to manage graphic design or media creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage the owner’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.

Prepare and organize documents, emails, and presentations.

Assist with day-to-day office operations and tasks.

Social Media & Brand Building:

Create and manage social media content related to the construction industry.

Develop strategies to enhance the company's online presence and attract potential clients.

Monitor industry trends and incorporate them into social media campaigns.

Engage with followers, clients, and partners via social platforms.

Other Responsibilities:

Assist with personal tasks for the owner as needed.

Travel to job sites or meetings as required.
