We are looking for a bookkeeper experienced with QuickBooks Online to handle our financial transactions efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
-QuickBooks Online Management – Enter and categorize transactions, reconcile accounts
-Accounts Receivable & Payable – Manage invoicing, payments, and vendor bills
-Payroll Processing – Assist with payroll entry and reconciliation
- Financial Reporting – Generate P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Job Costing & Service Billing – Ensure accurate tracking of service jobs and costs
- Tax Readiness – Prepare books for quarterly and annual tax filings
