We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Recruiter Assistant. If you’re good with people and ready to learn, this is a great entry-level opportunity to grow in HR and recruiting.
Job Duties:
Post job openings and review applications
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Keep records and applicant files up to date
Help with onboarding and hiring paperwork
Support recruiters with administrative tasks
Requirements:
Must speak Spanish
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable using email, basic software (Word, Excel, etc.)
Organized and dependable
Office or HR experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: Starting at $16/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time hours
