In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with new prospects, scheduling tours, conducting onsite visits, and showcasing the features of our 4-unit rooms for rent home. Responsibilities:
Communicate with potential tenants to understand their needs and preferences
Schedule and coordinate property tours for interested prospects
Perform onsite visits to ensure the property is ready for tours and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues
Showcase the features of the home to prospective tenants, highlighting its unique selling points
Provide information about lease terms, rental rates, and amenities to interested parties
Follow up with prospects to answer any additional questions and encourage lease signing
Collaborate with property management team to ensure a smooth leasing process
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate or property management preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of the San Antonio rental market is a plus
Must have reliable transportation and valid DL for onsite visits
Comfortable working on a commission-based compensation structure
