Immediate opening for Maintenance Technician in west San Antonio on 150 unit community. Job duties would include pool maintenance/ Make Readies/ General Maintenance. HVAC certified is a plus, but not required. Looking for a talented person who is looking for a long term "work home". Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license, minimum 2 years experience in maintenance, personal hand tools. Some weekend work may be required. Employment is contingent on passing background check/ drug screen THC not tested.
