Luxury Apartment Community is looking to hire a full time experienced assistant manager/leasing agent:
Tasks:
- Touring and leasing Apartments with high customer service.
- Answer phones and prospect enquiries.
- Gathering all document requirements from prospects in order to process the lease applications. (Integrate File)
- Collecting rent and updating the property management software.
- Issuing notices to vacate, renewals and non-renewals.
- Create weekly market analysis-comparative reports.
- Creating newsletters and distributing notices to tenants.
- Receiving work orders from residents, insuring they are in the property management software, ensuring maintenance techs finishing the work orders and following up with the residents.
- Inspect move out and move in apartments assess condition.
- Ensuring high level of professionalism, courtesy and customer service.
- Assist the manager in other management duties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in multifamily business.
- Organized and detail oriented personality.
- Available to work on Saturdays from 10:00 - 5:00 p.m.
- Proficient in the following software: One Site, MS Office and Blue Moon.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Possess a reliable vehicle and current drivers license.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug free test.
