Job Title: Acquisitions Representative (Real Estate Wholesale)
Location: 100% Virtual (Remote)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Salary: $3,000 for the first month (transitioning to commission-based compensation after training)

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate wholesale purchasing company, specializing in acquiring residential properties from home sellers. We work with a motivated, results-driven team, and we’re seeking a new Acquisitions Representative to help us identify and negotiate with potential home sellers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales or negotiation, looking to apply their skills in the real estate industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Engage with home seller leads via phone, email, or other communication platforms to discuss their property and acquisition needs.
Negotiate offers with sellers and build rapport to foster strong relationships.
Qualify leads based on their motivation and willingness to sell at competitive prices.
Educate sellers about the real estate selling process and present company offers clearly and confidently.
Work closely with the acquisition team to manage the pipeline of leads and deals.
Document and track all interactions with sellers in CRM software.
Meet or exceed monthly lead conversion and negotiation targets.
Key Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, ideally in real estate, telesales, or any customer-facing role that requires negotiation and closing.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively speak with potential clients and build relationships.
High comfort level with phone-based communication, including cold calling and lead follow-ups.
Organized and self-motivated, able to manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
Additional Requirements:
Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
Strong internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for virtual work.
Compensation:
Starting at $3,000 per month, with the opportunity to transition to commission-based pay after the initial training period.
