As a Sales Associate/Cashier/Manager you will be responsible as a cashier, inventory management, keeping the store clean, and ready to serve our customers with courteous and efficient service while always displaying a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. You will accurately and efficiently handle payments with a POS register and scanning system. Interest in learning more skills and handling additional responsibility a plus and will increase your earning potential. Prior retail and resale experience preferred. Hours are 10 to 5 daily . The schedule includes Saturday and Sunday.
Manage other employee and volunteers.
Major Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, efficient and courteous guest service
Receiving, pricing and inventory management daily.
Suggest possible purchases to the customers and promote specials
Ring guest sales on an electronic cash register with POS; Scanning System.
Complete cash; credit transactions accurately.
Meet daily and monthly sales goals
Perform all regular cleaning activities
Able to perform occasional donation pickups
Must be prompt and reliable.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience in retail operations, POS Systems, Credit Card and Cash Handling.
Ability to effectively perform in a multi-task environment.
Able to pickup and delivery occasionally.
Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
Must have current Texas Driver's license with excellent driving record.
Bi-lingual is a plus

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years previous supervising experience, specialty retail preferred
Excellent customer engagement
Proficiency in Word, Excel, & Powerpoint and ability to adapt to additional internal applications
Demonstrates adaptability
Serves as a role model
Embraces self-development
Established time management, prioritization and organizational skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
Ability to utilize retail POS System & Inventory Scanner
Must be able to make change using American Monetary units.
EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING
A High School Diploma required or General Education Degree (GED)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires ability to rapidly and constantly lift large and heavy packages and boxes and to perform a continuous process of loading and unloading large boxes throughout a scheduled shift
The ability to be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
Able to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and carry product, necessary for customer service, re-stocking inventory, processing shipment and store merchandising
Must have ability to safely lift minimum of 50 lbs. without restrictions
Able to regularly perform store maintenance items: sweep, vacuum, empty trash, clean
Requires ability to perform repetitive motions (i.e. hanging, folding, ringing up customers, etc.)
Ability to use and climb ladders
