== Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware, including servers, storage systems, and network devices
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on data center equipment
- Monitor and respond to alerts, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Manage cabling infrastructure and implement cable management best practices
- Assist with data center capacity planning and equipment upgrades
- Maintain accurate documentation of data center assets and configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data center projects and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
== Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in data center operations or related IT role
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and network systems
- Familiarity with server hardware, storage systems, and networking equipment
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and routing protocols
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
