Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and physically capable commissioned Officer to join our team. This role involves active patrolling, threat identification, and immediate intervention in cases of criminal activity or security breaches. You will be responsible for engaging with suspects, making arrests, and using force when required to protect our clients and their assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct active patrolling and monitor designated areas for suspicious activity.
Engage directly with potential threats and neutralize risks through physical intervention.
Make lawful arrests and detain suspects until law enforcement arrives.
Provide immediate response to alarms, emergencies, and calls for assistance.
Use defensive tactics, restraints, and other tools as necessary to control situations.
Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services during incidents.
Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of all security activities.
Participate in ongoing physical and tactical training to stay prepared for high-risk situations.
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE ACTIVE COMMISSIONED GUARD CARD
Minimum of 3 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military service.
Proven ability to handle physical confrontations and make arrests.
Strong knowledge of self-defense techniques, use of force protocols, and de-escalation strategies.
Excellent physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks under pressure.
Ability to make quick, sound decisions in high-stress environments.
Certification in defensive tactics, handcuffing, and use of non-lethal weapons (e.g., tasers, batons) is required.
Must pass a comprehensive background check and physical fitness test.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be 21 years old and possess a valid commission security license
Minimum of 3 years Commission Officer experience with high threat time
Required Equipment:
Duty pistol with 4 magazines ( i.e. Glock, Sig, M&P, and CZ)
( NO SERPA HOLSTERS, MUST HAVE LVL 3 ALS)
