Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service from the moment they arrive.
Assess customer needs by listening carefully and asking relevant questions about their vehicle issues.
Provide accurate information regarding services, repairs, and maintenance options available.
Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
Manage cash handling processes accurately, including processing payments and providing receipts.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service recommendations, and follow-up actions.
Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition, enhancing overall sales performance.
Stay updated on automotive technology trends, repair techniques, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
Ensure a clean and organized workspace that reflects professionalism.
Requirements
Proven experience in automotive service management or as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand brake repair, alignments, and other automotive services.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration sales techniques.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Experience in upselling automotive services is a plus.
A strong commitment to customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Join our team as a Service Advisor with a competitive base salary ranging from $46,000 to $80,000 annually, dependent on your proven experience. Commission earnings are available once personal sales reach a qualifying threshold. Note that commissions are calculated based on the total Gross Profit Dollars (GPD) for the shop, aligning your rewards directly with our collective success.
