We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our client base.
Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development efforts, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales reps. This role is ideal for someone with staffing industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. You will be traveling fifty percent of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
Track sales metrics and report performance to senior leadership
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the commercial or industrial a plus
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
Results-oriented with a strong work ethic
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite
