Role Description
We are hiring a Door-to-Door Sales Consultant on a contract basis for on-site work in San Antonio, TX. The primary responsibility is to schedule estimates with potential customers through door-to-door outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door outreach to generate leads and schedule estimates.
Communicate effectively with potential customers to explain services and answer questions.
Maintain records of customer interactions and appointments.
Schedule: Flexible hours.
Growth Opportunity: Successful consultants can advance to a full-time Estimator position, which includes a base salary plus commission.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in door-to-door or direct sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales or consulting roles.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Experience in the construction or remodeling industry is a plus.
