Location: New Braunfels, TX and surrounding areas
Compensation: 10% commission on every job you sell
5% paid when contract is signed & deposit received
5% paid when job is completed & final payment collected
No base salary · Uncapped earnings
We’re looking for 1–2 hungry salespeople who:
Have real experience in landscaping, construction, hardscaping, tree care, or irrigation (so you can talk the talk on-site)
Own a reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license (you’ll be running appointments)
Love making money and aren’t afraid to hunt and close
Sales experience is a bonus, but industry knowledge + hustle beats a fancy sales résumé every time.
What you’ll sell:
Tree removal & pruning, full landscape installs, hardscapes, drainage solutions, outdoor living projects, etc. Average tickets $5K–$50K+.
Top performers who bring in $800K–$1.5M in signed work per year clear six figures easily. This is a true “eat what you kill” opportunity.
