Need A Hand Texas is seeking motivated, professional Commission Sales Representatives to join our team for the 2025 holiday season. We specialize in high-end Christmas lighting and permanent lighting systems for luxury homes across North San Antonio.
We offer an unmatched commission structure:
25% commission – includes full project management from sale to completion.
10% commission – for sales-only reps who secure signed contracts and customer payment.
Average sales range from $1,500 for holiday lighting to $15,000–$20,000 for permanent lighting projects. This is a straight commission position designed for confident, self-driven closers who know how to generate leads through door knocking, Facebook ads, networking, or other creative marketing methods.
