Luxury Multifamily property with 192 units is looking for an experienced leasing consultant to join our team
Tasks & responsabilities:
- Show and lease apartments and renew leases.
- Answer phones, customer service, show apartments to prospects, process lease applications, complete and organize lease files.
- Conduct and document move in and move out inspections of apartments.
- Produce and deliver tenant notices.
- Enforce rent collections by email and calling tenants.
- Help manager with any other office duties.
Job Requirements:
- Computer savy. Prior knowledge of ONE SITE and BLUE MOON SOFTWARE IS A PLUS.
- Available to work ALL Saturdays 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Customer service oriented personality.
- High school diploma.
- Candidate should have a reliable vehicle.
- Candidate should Pass a drug test and criminal background check.
- Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish).
