Starpoint Group is growing and we’re looking for driven and experienced sales representatives to join our team! If you’re a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for closing deals and providing top-tier service, we want to meet you.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced in Direct Sales – You have a proven ability to close sales and drive results.
- Roofing & Solar Experience a Plus – Familiarity with roofing and/or solar is a bonus, but not required.
- Reliable Transportation – You must have a vehicle and either a ladder or drone to perform inspections.
- Pipeline Development – Skilled at building, managing, and nurturing a sales pipeline.
- Travel Required – Must be willing to travel to various locations as needed for sales appointments and inspections.
- Self-Starter – Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and hit sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage Sales Leads – Run and manage incoming sales leads, driving the process from start to finish.
-Perform Inspections – Conduct roof or solar inspections using a ladder or drone.
-Develop & Maintain Pipeline – Proactively seek out new opportunities while managing existing relationships.
-Close Sales – Secure deals and ensure customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships
Compensation:
-Commission-Based Pay – Earn true profit splits on every sale. 10-50/50 on company leads 0-50/50 on self generation
