Hammerhead Roofing is looking for an experienced Roofing Project Manager to join our team! If you have a strong background in residential and/or commercial roofing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and on-time completion
Generate your own leads and ones we provide, build client relationships
Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
Conduct site visits, inspections, and enforce safety protocols
Manage budgets, materials, and schedules to maximize efficiency
Communicate with customers to provide updates and address concerns
Requirements:
Experience in roofing sales and project management
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and safety standards
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and motivate crews
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
