We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated sales representative to join our team on a commission basis. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to build relationships with local businesses, introduce them to our high-quality services, and earn uncapped commissions. Responsibilities:
-Network with local businesses, such as offices and retail spaces, to introduce them to Aally’s Housekeeping’s services.
-Tailor and deliver engaging presentations that highlight the benefits of our personalized cleaning solutions.
-Help businesses see the value in dealing with us and secure new contracts by negotiating terms that prioritize client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
-If you’re people-oriented, enjoy building relationships, and are eager to learn, you’ll fit right in.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect with others and understand their needs.
-Self-driven and motivated to achieve success in a commission-based role with flexible hours and remote work options.

Compensation:
