We’re seeking a motivated and confident Sales / Cold Call Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential business clients, introducing our specialty vehicle solutions, and setting qualified appointments for our senior sales representatives.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on outbound sales, enjoys talking to people, and is motivated by measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to targeted business prospects.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales reps.
Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and appointment results.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts or referrals.
Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals.
Represent the company professionally and positively in all communications.
Qualifications:
Required: Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales.
Preferred: Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
