The Sales Representative – Site Services plays a key role in growing and maintaining customer relationships within the Site Services division. Focused on the San Antonio market, this position drives new business development while supporting existing clients across events, construction, routed services, and emergency response projects. The representative is responsible for meeting monthly revenue goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving escalated issues, while also leveraging CRM tools and sales processes to effectively manage accounts and opportunities.
High school diploma or its equivalent
At least one year of site services industry experience
Must exhibit a professional appearance and telephone demeanor
Familiarity with the San Antonio site services market, with established connections or strong knowledge of the local business community
Goal-driven with the ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products – e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Willingness to learn and use customer relationship management (CRM) and sales software
Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Must be detail-oriented, demonstrate a strong work ethic and be willing to adapt to change
Demonstrated ability to think analytically and problem solve
Must be able to work well with internal customers at all levels of the company
Reliable transportation to travel to customer or prospect sites
College degree
Experience using a prospect database
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Site services sales experience (e.g., portable sanitation, dumpsters, power, fencing, etc.)
Valid Class C driver’s license
Safe driving record for the past three years
