The Opportunity

Sales managers are responsible for representing our product lines directly to dentists and dental practices. Primary responsibilities include providing customer service by selling dental lab services (restorations/products), meeting customer needs, providing technical support to our customers, and generating new business.

As a business builder responsible for your territory your key tasks will include:

• Building an in-depth understanding of our lab's restorations, product technologies, and dental applications

• Becoming a customer liaison to provide laboratory expertise to dentists

• Supporting for dentists on special cases and case planning

• Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses.

The Candidate

Oral Designs is looking for an exceptional Sales Manager.

To be successful in this role you must possess:

• Proven successful sales history

• Knowledge and experience in the dental industry preferred

• A Bachelor's Degree required

• Ability to effectively communicate with dentists, office managers, technicians, and management

• Demonstrate an appropriate level of assertiveness when intercepting prospects and asking for the sale.

• Be professional and articulate, with a strong sense of interpersonal savvy.

• Fully understand the sales cycle, and maintain a proven track record of success.

• Obtain and exceed established sales levels, contributing to team and company sales goal
