Position Overview
We’re seeking a professional, self-motivated Window & Door Sales Representative with prior construction or exterior remodeling sales experience. This is an independent-contractor role (1099) paid on commission per job. You set your own schedule and work when you want.
Key Responsibilities
 Generate your own leads and develop relationships with homeowners, builders, and contractors.
 Present and sell Provia windows and doors using provided software and sales materials.
 Provide instant, accurate pricing (materials + labor) via Provia software.
 Coordinate with our team on measurement, scheduling, and installation process.
 Follow up with prospects, close sales, and meet agreed timelines.
 Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and sales.

Qualifications
 Proven experience in construction, window/door, or exterior remodeling sales.
 Comfortable generating and managing your own leads.

 Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Compensation
 1099 independent contractor paid commission per job.
