Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality hair services
Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and goals
Utilize high-quality cleaning products to maintain hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness throughout the salon.
Navigate the salon’s inventory processes, storage, handling and tracking to keep things organized, properly recorded to meet demand while avoiding waste
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Manage appointments efficiently, minimizing wait times for clients
Offer tailored recommendations and ensure a comfortable experience for clients
Collaborate with the salon team to create a positive salon atmosphere
Requirements:
Valid Texas Cosmetology License or Temporary Cosmetology School License
Strong work ethic, attention to detail and desire to keep the salon clean and organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for the beauty industry and desire to stay in current trends
