Position: Massage Therapist & Receptionist
Location: Lee's Massage, Boerne, Texas
Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (25-40 hours per week)
Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience + Commission + Tips + Bonuses

### Responsibilities
As a dual-role team member, your duties will include:
Massage Therapy:
- Provide a variety of massage therapy treatments tailored to client needs, promoting relaxation and wellness.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and care.
- Adhere to Texas licensing requirements (must have a valid Massage Therapist License).
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk efficiently.
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Assist with light cleaning and organization to ensure the facility runs smoothly.
### Work Schedule
- Flexible shifts:
- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Weekdays and weekends required, based on the business's needs.
### Compensation & Benefits

### Qualifications
- Valid Massage Therapist License in Texas is required.
